Entry CriteriaEntry into Level 2 French requires successful completion of a Level 1 course in French.
Level 2 French
Year 12 French is based on a range of topics about different aspects of French language, history and culture. Students continue to increase competency, fluency and accuracy in the 4 language skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Language will be complex and deal with a variety of different situations and contexts. The study and understanding of French culture remains an important component.
The students'voice and interests are key and they have the opportunity to discuss and choose the topics at the beginning of the year, ranging from the media to the environment, history to tourism or sports and health etc...

This course makes significant use of digital learning material at various times during the year. It is advantageous for a student to have a laptop during these times. Some learning activities, including assessments, will not be able to be completed without a laptop. $52 course fee, which includes cultural activities and Education Perfect.
