- a Science or Technology course
You then need to select another THREE courses from any of the following Learning Areas.
The Learning Areas:

- Languages
- Physical Education
- Science
- Social Sciences
- Technology
- You can select a maximum of TWO courses from each Learning Area.
- Only ONE of these courses can be selected: Technical Production, Technology Building and Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Hospitality. The two subjects from each learning area rule still applies, if a conflict arises within a "Learning Area" the University Approved Subject from the learning area should be selected. This rule is to ensure that by the time students reach Year 13 a viable University Entrance approved course can be selected.
- If any issues arise regarding the availability of courses in the selection process, please see Mr Jackson.
- If you have questions regarding entry into extension courses, please see Ms O'Gram.
Notes
- Some courses have limited space available due to staffing and rooming considerations.
- All students in Year 10 will be interviewed regarding their 2023 course selections.
